The Role:We are looking for BCBA or CBA to join our team of experienced Therapists.
The GREAT NEWS is we have a team of CBA/BCBA professionals, allowing those who are working towards their certification to achieve this while working with us. We provide an accelerated program for those who are 50% or more through their supervision hours.
We can get this finalised for you and get you credentialled before the December 2016 cut off date! (Well before if you start now)
If you are certified already! That is ideal as our organisation and the opportunities are growing. You will be working with a team of BCBA/CBA practitioners and Therapy Assistants, in and around your area of Brisbane.
No more than 30 minutes travel!
This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility. We have minimal KPI's with the option to work extra hours and earn more at a much higher rate.
Work as little or as much as you wish, we work with you to find your perfect balance.
The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. We practice Progressive ABA and are 100 percent Neuro Affirming.
Professional development is ongoing, this is a reputable and HONEST organisation, truly committed to their families.
The clinic is based in Brisbane South, where you can visit for team meet ups as you choose. The community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel. You are not obligated to go into the office/clinic each day.
We also provide Behavior Support Services - there is opportunity to work across this also.
The team collaborate well together without restricting your flexibility or causing you to feel isolated.
Role Requirements:
- Masters Degree in relevant field.
- BCBA/CBA or working toward certification.(at least 50% though supervision hours)
- Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD.
- Experience supporting families.
- A Heart for Children.
Role Benefits:
- Salary Package is based on Award, however anything over 5 hour billables a day gets paid at double the award!
- PART- TIME is an option. Minimum 10 Hours per week.
