This organisation also works with Adults, in the community. Allowing you the ability to choose which stage of the lifespan you want to work in. As the TL you will have a reduced caseload, leading a team of 4 OT's who either work with Children or Adults, depending on their preference.

This team enjoys regular team events, professional development, supervision & collaboration sessions.
The Role:
Due to the team continuing to grow, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to lead 4 clinicians. This is a mentoring role, assisting with their professional development, offering support and gentle guidance.
In addition to this, there is the opportunity to grow the team of Occupational Therapists, creating a wider team to be able to assist all the families who are currently on the waiting list.
This role is based in a clinic in Brisbanes North; the owner is a huge advocate for creating work/life balance for the team and ensuring flexibility for all team members to be there for their families.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA Registration
- The desire to work as a Team Leader with a reduced clinical caseload.
- Empathetic approach to therapy.
- Drivers Licence
